Shipping policy
Customers have 14 days from the receipt of their order to exchange full-priced items for store credit or for a different size/color.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REQUEST EXCHANGE
To request an exchange, please email autumnandbluesboutique@gmail.com with the information listed below ensuring that your item meets the eligibility requirements for an exchange as specified in our Exchange Policy. Thank you.
Please include your name, email used at checkout, order #, product name, reason for return, would you like to exchange or store credit?

WAIT FOR APPROVAL
Once your request for an exchange is approved, our customer service team will send you an email with step-by-step instructions on how to proceed and a pre-paid return label.

SEND IT BACK
After receiving detailed instructions on next steps and a prepaid return label from our customer service team, attach the label to your return package and take it to your local post office to ship it back to our warehouse.
